Meditation is a process that enables us to reach higher levels just as the Force does. Also being able to realize those levels is an important lesson one must learn to do meditation properly. You see meditation is used also to find a deeper understanding of yourself. It brings you closer to the Devine Ones by pushing you higher throughout your levels. You can search deep inside you to find it. But only once you have learned the proper way of doing a certain meditation. As not all meditations do that. You must learn to do a meditation properly as per the instructions. If you do a meditation against the rules of one, you may not produce the effect given to you in the first place. Meditation can be easy, or it can be hard. Just listen inside yourself and you will find that it makes so much more difference. Meditation is usually used to find your source, for beginners. For higher knowledgeable persons, this could be used to focus, and take the task that they are given to a higher level of conciseness. The meditations of the world are enormous, and if I can master at least five, you can master at least one. You should probably have to practice and work on one meditation for about a week before it becomes affected to you. This reason is because your body must adapt to the spiritual structure of the meditation and its given effects. The Source can provide greatly in this particular area. The Source that you must tap into during meditation will give you energy, and will. Higher levels of conciseness could enter a betroved mind. Betroved means ‘meditationaly entranced.’ That is what you MUST achieve. Higher levels of conciseness, betrovation, tapping into the Source, and other areas in advanced Meditational Exercises. The higher levels could interperate dreams, passions, futures, and other abilities. I will list a meditation for you to try out, report on how you do. I am very interested on how you do. (this is my own personal beginning meditation, DO NOT REPRODUCE WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM ME. But then again it is copyrighted by Sithism.)
Beginners Meditation:
1. Raise your hands to the sky
2. Feel energy coming into you
3. Have your aura beam around you
4. As the aura beams, feel a hole in the aura
5. Energy flows into the hole.
6. Into your body it goes
7. Then fill the hole back up
8. And release you arms
Explanation: this meditation is for beginners to first experience work with their own auras and how they work with energy.
Another meditation is this one: (times are only suggestions)
Semi-Beginners Meditation:
1. Feels Auretic (Aura) pressure on you. (30 seconds)
2. Run energy through the Aura and ask the Source to provide you with energy. (10 Seconds)
3. Slow energy circuit (20 seconds)
4. Speed up energy circuit. (20 seconds)
5. Slow down again (20 seconds)
6. release energy, repeat three times.
Explanation: This Meditation is to experience controlling your energy. You must do so to be able to Meditate for hours on in. I began with a form of the above two meditations
* A thought. Do what you want with these. Make them your own, create new ones. Don’t do anything you don’t think is logical. But don’t try anything too small. Those are two beginners mediations, but you should use them until the day you die, They allow you to control. Control is one of the most important things.
