When I saw this thread I just had to post. The reason for my username, Tai Chi Yoda, is I love the martial arts of Tai Chi and who doesn't like yoda??? As for mastering chi, it is something that has heightened my connection with the Force. I have only used dvds, but I feel that I get the basic flow of chi, the spiral flow. IT is alot of visualization, but with dedication, something that has truly helped me to clear my mind and concentrate

IT is alot of visualization, but with dedication, something that has truly helped me to clear my mind and concentrate I love T'ai Chi and had to quit taking it when I bought my home. Since obtaining a new job, I have more money to throw around but I'm still paying off all of my debts incurred. Homes are money sinks, I tell ya! I'm still on the mailing list for both the T'ai Chi and Aikido schools I went to in the hopes that I can take it again. I think that I will start with T'ai Chi. It was a great chance to relearn how to stand, as my back is fubared from years of being bent over the computer--not to mention the whole mind-body balance. ~Alena
