I'm having something like 20-22 people come over, and baking up a storm. And VERY thankful that I have a ton of leftover champagne in my fridge from LAST year! I'm making the following items, all vegan: - lasagna - chocolate silk pie in chocolate cookie crust with chocolate chips - double fudge chocolate chip brownies - nachos, both in vegan and non-vegan varieties - pigs in a blanket (veggie dogs in lo-carb pita wraps and mustard and ketchup to dip in) in both vegan and non-vegan varieties A friend is also supplying vegan eggplant parm, which I also have leftover in small quantities. Between that and all of the wine and champagne, I think we're set! The only thing I didn't provide was beer because my friends and I are mostly wine drinkers. Wine's good for you, anyway. So how are you celebrating New Year's Eve?? With a ton of guests and food like me, quiet times with the family, a night out on the town, do share! ~Alena
