Take what you will, but leave something in return:
Ruin.
Chaos.
Unfettered with emotion, the sole child of the unity of the Darkness and Emptiness.
Take a moment and breathe. Feel the darkness swirling around you and into your being.
and for once, know that you are Sith, that you are Strong, and that you are Free.
Do not be afraid to claim such titles to your being, for fear of political rectitude, and do not fall into a state of blindness in your search for power.
The strong will prevail, and the weak will fall underfoot.
Do not be weak.

This lecture has a refreshing feel to it, not many Sith talk like that anymore. Most Sith don't even give much thought to such things these days, and that is a shame, for it is relevant to the Sith Ways...
It is excellent that you have returned(albeit temporarily).

The one thing that you are forgetting is that when you feel an emotion strongly you attract the things that you attach to that emotion. So while this is very effective for those of us who can associate this with power, it is pointless to let yourself get overwhelmed by these stressful emotions if it will be used against you. Say for example that some one who, after reading this decides that they will look at situations and feel despair. Well if that despair does not give them streangth then it is similar to drinking poison to solve a calculus problem in that you're killing yourself to accomplish something that is more complicated than you treat it to be. The person feeling the despair and not converting it into streangth will now suffer those things which make them feel despair. That could be in any form, not to mention it could be a distraction for some people who are so overwhelmed with dark emotions that they are distracted from life. Remember this or else you'll taste your error and it will be bitter.

Good point, and perhaps my words belong in a different post but, if you don't mind my asking, what harm does it do me to have some one avoid this error. Those who are lost to despair make poor slaves to the darkside. It is the dark side that we serve as well as our own interests. Besides, one must also remember that a thing which affects one of us can affect us all. They are not independant of the force and neither are you. Even when you are crushing some ones will to make them serve you it is crucial to keep this in mind, and it is even more crucial if you're not the one doing the crushing. So again I ask you, what harm does it do to me.

No one was ever made stronger who crushed themselves. They were made weak by their own hand and to say that it helps them is only promoting others to destroy themselves. The only ones who can honestly read what was said and still grow strong, only did so because they avoided the trap hole. As I said, those who crush themselves make bad servents even if the master is the darkside. We aren't talking about the realm of fiction where people get emotionally crushed and then become dark lords. When you let sadness and anger consume you then, yes you are doing what the sith teach to the letter, but it doesn't make you strong. You blind yourself with anger and drown in sadness. Even those who try to embrace only a small portion of those emotions are setting themselves up to feel even more in the future. This is part of the reason that most people fail as sith. They listen to the realm of fiction instead of just sticking to the code and they get dragged under and wonder why they can't make wonderful things happen. Either that or they go mad running in circles. It is that blind faith that so many people place in the big screen to find answers that in the end, destroys them. When you want power, posses it, everything else is seeking; a detour.
