I can't say for sure, but from personal experience, it rains whenever I'm having an exceedingly bad day, and the sun comes out and shines brightly when I'm having a really good day. I would say that following these paths has an effect not only on the weather but also on everything around you.

Hahahahahaha, I suppose you are thinking of the movies where the people who use the darkside become hideous and disfigured. Maybe it's because I've yet to shoot lightning from my finger tips, but I've never noticed any changes to my facial features that make me appear greatly disfigured. The only physical changes that I've noticed are caused by my practice of chi gong, I've become stronger, faster, physically superior to my old self you could say. Other than that, my body hasn't really changed at all simply from the ussage of the dark side, then again, I don't rely on rage or pain, so you might ask that question to someone who does if your intention is to use such emotions to fuel you powers.

Question 3: are there ever any times that you wish that you had joined the jedi? if so how did you get back on the path of the sith?

yes there was I time when I considered the path of the jedi, however, truth be told I realized that it didn't matter which faction I was alligned with. The sith seek power, the jedi seek understanding, but it's not like the sith don't try to understand the force, and it isn't like the jedi need force given abilities for any real reason, except perhaps healing and empathy. Essentially the title means little outside of this forum and perhaps even within the forum, what truly matters is how you percieve yourself as a result. Whichever will make you feel more gratification, choose that side, if you want to see yourself as powerful, go with sith, as wise go with jedi. I like the idea of power more than the thought of wisdom, though I seek both in the end, I percieve myself differently as a result, where as a jedi I might think of myself as calm and passive, as a sith I see myself as resolute and passionate, as strong and willful, as the kind of person I would prefer to be, and so I stay with the title that suits me best.

Are the sith really evil or do they just use anger as a weapon.

Thank you for your question. To answer you I will say "yes" and "no". The reason I say both is because it depends on the sith in question. I notice there are many different opinions among Sith as there is among Jedi. Some people who call themselves Sith are just like Hitler and subscribe to a survival of the fittest doctrine of all the weak should be killed. This group is those who believe in Dark side use only and sometimes cross into Satanism. Other kinds of Sith like me believe in a balance of both the light side and the dark side equally according to need. This kind of Sith is a more logical path like "Spock" on Star Trek. But at the same time we allow room for our hot reeling emotions like Anakin/ Vader. This way to balance both is to not allow the emotions to run away at the same time to not be a wooden board. So you have to meet each Sith one at a time.
I am sure the same is true of the Jedi. Some Jedi are nice and get along with many people while others sit in ivory towers and judge people. Again you have to meet them one at a time.
You have to choose your own path by which resonates with you. If you believe in a Force or God, you have to choose how you see that God or Force. Is the Force a force like that of physics? Is the Force a being with ideas or thoughts of it's own? Does the Force intervene in human affairs? Is it more Deist where it does not do anything in the affairs of man. Is it non-existent and just good story telling to aid humanity in altruistic thinking? These questions only you can answer for your self because the belief in religion or non-religion is a personal decision. You can ask guides to help you to decide. You can read many books on religion and many Holy books, witchcraft books and other practices but in the end you have to make the final decision. You can read many science books or watch many science programs on DVD. You can even choose to be an atheist. Again the final decision rests with you.I hope this helps you on your quest. Good luck with your choice on your path.

Join neither. Rather than seek acceptance from others learn to cultivate what you already possess.
