Reach out with the Force Once you have got the hang of meditation and feeling the force a Jedi is going to want to improve themselves and their bond with the force. Once you have a connection with the force weak or strong this exercise will help improve the connection. Sit comfortably and breathe in hold for 5 seconds breath out hold for 5 seconds. Do this for about five minutes. Once you have repeated the breathing for 5 minutes start to move the force about your body. Visualise the force expanding out of your body. Keep relaxed. Try to feel the force around you as well as flowing through you. Eventually you will be able to feel it around you. When you do try and feel the force in other things. For example say you’re meditating in a forest, Try and feel the trees through the force. This may seem hard at first but if you trust in the force you should be able to feel other things eventually.
