Because of the religious persecution i have received atwww.survivalistboards.com because of my religion, I want to propose that we Sith begin to get our religion recognized by the government. We have as much right to live and preach our message as the fundamentalists and the other religious fascists who treat us like second class citizens. Towards that end, I think we need to discuss general principles. I am open to all ideas!!

My question is why are you concerned trying to have our religion accepted, we already have the right to live ad preach our faith if we so choose, but everyone is entitled to their oppinion about what we believe. Sure people will bet offensive in response to your religion because it is widely seen as a nerd's excuse for a religion and isn't seen for its philosophical and spiritual validity. If you really want it to be accepted, sit down with someone, give them a full run through of what you believe starting with either the most fundamental or at least most widely accepted ideas and only let on to the fact that you're referring to sithism at the end, or better yet, just don't bring it up in many conversations. This path is for you to follow for your betterment, nobody has to accept it, maybe it's not fair that people are bigoted toward your belief system, but that's where the wise/strong remain silent and the foolhardy step into the lin of fire (no offense intended). You're better off following this path in relative secret anyway, he has the advantage against his enemies who is unknown by his enemies until his blade is felt at their backs.

When one claims to be Sith and master the force, it would be wise that you be able to back up those claims and not rant like a child..... Sith do not rant like children and scream their superiority at the masses...They just take over.... Why are you here whining about your failure as a Sith?

Well well, if it is DV, still crying I see. It's Very simple you have not mastered yourself, how can your expect to master others? The Sith specialize in stealth, deception and deceit, none of which you are good at. First you announced to an open public forum that you where a Sith and then attacked others with no plan what so ever, lost control and got yourself banned three times in a row over the course of three weeks, then a permanent ban for the same thing that got your banned the second time. SB is not the first forum your have been banned from either. Each and every time you lose control faster.

The Sith path is not a religion for me. There is the Force, sure, but if that makes this a religion... well, is there a human religion centered around breathing air or using windmills to harness its movements? Maybe... but I kinda doubt it. Anyhow, what I would call this path: a Way of Life.
Concerning the 'religous persecution' at that site you all seem to be from, I feel inclined to say get over it. And if there is anything to the impression I get of what your behavior was there from members posts here, you were banned for being an a$$hole. But to be clear, I don't really care enough to invest any time looking through that forum to see any of what really happened *shrugs*. I just tend to agree with robkenpo regarding the "rant like a child" bit. You can be arrogant, but it's preferable that such arrogance springs from experiential knowledge and a sort of knowing that comes from living a victorious life.
To be fair though, I'd personally rather this site remain abandoned than check in every now and then to see a bunch of smart mouth cocks following a member from the survivalist board to this one just so they can continue to talk sh!t and put a guy down. I'm mean really, what the hell's wrong with you guys. Conflict is beneficial... if you don't conduct yourselves like a bunch of pr!cks.
Belur... speaking for myself, I don't want to call myself a taoist. It really isn't the same thing, especially for those of us who don't subscribe to a perspective on reality based on duality.
Blades... get over yourself man. I mean really, you talk about the Sith path as though you know something about it. But I'd guess the little you think you know is based solely on fiction, on the stories that inspired the path, the books and movies that only offer partial glimpses at the depth this Way of Life can reach in an individuals life. So if you're going to be here for nothing beyond talking sh!t to someone, at least do it on a more solid foundation, perhaps one that you know about enough to talk about.
Melek-Taus... Interesting site. There's one or two areas that a citation for the soource of inspiration might not hurt, but it's an interesting (and strange) read. Nice illustrations to.
