This site shows the 18 lohan hands used in shaolin to develop chi flow www.shaolin-wahnam-center.org/qigong/lohan.htm, quite good exercises just go through like any other chi kung exercises, relaxed deep breathing, dont let the shoulders come up and if thoughts do arise just bring your mind back to your breathing.
