The ability to through the force transmute objects and creatures. Do you think it's possible and if so how do you propose it might work.

I assume you mean to try this in real life? One could only propose theories. Energy is easier to change, and there are several ways to do that. Matter, on the other hand would be a lot trickier. Alchemists have tried for centuries. Their descendants, the chemists, have gotten to a certain point.
What did you have in mind exactly? To change actual matter or to give off a different energy feel or aura?

Well potentially there is a way to do both but that is just speculation. Ofcourse the speculations are in essence what all religions center around though a stronger form called faith is usually involved. So basically I was thinking about speculations as to how one thinks this might be achieved.

Through my reading I have come across something with great potential for those who wish to try their hand at sith alchemy. There is a power, one that has probably not been developed yet that includes narrowing one's focus to molecular, atomic or even sub atomic levels. That way you are dealing more with energy than matter. The only problem is that it requires a narrowed focus which means that you're not dealing with all of them at once, so either you have the atoms you need and you can deal with millions of molocules or you are dealing with just atoms. and that's when you're out of luck. any ideas on how to work around these problems would be appreciated.

This may offer clues: www.magnet.fsu.edu/education/tutorials/magnetacademy/magnets/page2.htmlThis is a demo of how it happens: www.magnet.fsu.edu/education/tutorials/java/domains/index.html(note: this has a Java Applet. If you do not have this feature on your computer, they offer a free download for it.) The power of the magnet comes from the fact that the electrons all point the same way. By themselves, electrons seem pretty tiny, yet each is a tiny magnet. You do not notice because in most substances, they point different directions and cancel each other out. Point a whole bunch of them the same way, and you suddenly feel the force! Hence, the sub atomic world comes forth into the every day world. What you have to figure out is how to get from one to the other. When you do, you will be the Michael Faraday of Sithdom!
