I practice different types of meditation whether its holding postures, moving the body or just sitting in the seiza position (sitting on shins) but one type I seem to look over again and again is the movement. Connecting the breath as you move through the force. It doesn't look like much buts its very powerful and its kept me from being very frustrated and having anxiety and even depression. I love doing physical stuff but i love the spiritual side as well.
