1 bag of mixed frozen fruit 1-2 cups of fruit juice of choice (I use OJ and unsweetened cranberry)
Add frozen fruit and juice to blender and puree until smooth.
Optionally, you can add regular or soy milk to this, or even yogurt for a creamier texture and additional vitamins and minerals.
