This makes me wish I were not violently allergic to almonds: Almonds are high in protein and hence make a very good contribution to any high protein diet. 1/2 cup raw almonds 2 cups water 2 tablespoons soy milk (optional ( makes it creamy) 3 teaspoons carob powder (or choc milk powder if you wish) 2 ripe bananas 6 ice cubes www.recipezaar.com/123267
